Hello everyone! We are inviting you to an amazing opportunity to bring your feminine and masculine energies into balance through the Art of Natural Breathing. When we are able to act and achieve what we are acting upon in life and at the same time do this without an attachment to the goal or result, our feminine and masculine energies dance together in a sacred way. If we only are addicted to the active part of our lives and miss the introspective and meditative aspect of our being we create disharmony and chaos. When we learn to balance the inhale and exhale the taking in and letting go, a sacred spiral of life is set into motion. It is of utmost importance to learn to receive and act upon the gifts life is offering us, as well as go within and know when we have to be in- active and introspective, to envision and allow for inspiration.

The breath as a healing tool
Breathing is a tool for healing, stress reduction, and increasing awareness of one’s life. The breath can be used to release and heal the wounds of emotional traumas. At the time of trauma, the first thing we do is to hold our breath or take short and shallow breaths. By releasing an emotional trauma from the body, we get the breath flowing again, and consciously start to become aware of what were the events that stopped or slowed our breath in the first place. Breathing exercises form the foundation of many ancient practices. They help to connect us to our essential selves; our source, one may say, our own spirit and will power. Deep flowing breath is a good sign of health, balance, and fullness of one’s own spirit and life force. Short, weak or shallow breaths indicate stress, confusion and, generally speaking, health problems. Life is being held back. During inhalation, fresh oxygen and energy are brought into the body and organs, nourishing cells and tissues and the body's natural energy centers. With each exhalation, the body releases carbon dioxide, waste and toxins and all the accumulated stress, anxiety, and negative energy with them. Our body already automatically knows how to breathe. We just need to remove the tightness caused by trauma so our natural ability can return.

Six weekends Workshop-series,
Workshop content:
Weekend One “Foundations of breathing through inner evolution:”
Learning the basics of how to breathe well. In this module we will discover how our way of breathing can support our health and well being. We will learn about the flow of oxygen to our circulatory system, affecting the regeneration of our organs and all the cells of our bodies. In implementing and remembering our natural way to breathe we will gain tremendous strength and elevated levels of well being and awareness. Our life will experience a natural boost, rediscovering how we were meant to live.
Weekend Two “Transitioning”
Discovering how to implement good transitions in everyday life. How we deal with change in our lives has a lot to do with how we breathe. Looking at each person’s “transitioning scenario”, we will understand our difficulties in facing true change in our lives. Awareness of how we deal with new outlooks, sudden changes, or life transitions paves the way for a more healthy and integrated way of being. Through the evolutionary developmental paradigms from Erickson to Piaget to Grof and Wilber we will gain an understanding of our first transitioning scenario, our birth. Using the breath to unlock hidden secrets, we will discover how to let go and trust life, regaining our ability to surrender and learn from what transitions have to offer us on a more profound level.
Weekend Three “Integrating the feminine and masculine energies by using the Art of Natural Breathing”
Discovering how to breathe freely and letting go of debilitating breathing habits, allows us to connect to our deeper self. A spiral of life is set into motion once we experience our inner feminine and masculine self. These two aspects of the breath reflected in how we inhale and exhale need to be balanced to live a life filled with passion and peace! Each person has their own way of having learned how to breathe, sometimes with more ease and sometimes with more struggle. The way we breathe reflects how we live our lives. We will specifically look at each participant’s breathing patterns, learning how to inhale and exhale correctly and with more ease.
Weekend Four “Emotional Awareness”
How to allow the movement of our emotions is a crucial part of healing. The breath always supports us into feeling more and therefore healing more. We will also address how we connect with others, our families, friends and intimate relationships. Intimacy or “into me you see” is a necessary and joyous dance we hold with our beloved one’s in our life. The Art of Natural Breathing will explore the deepening of intimacy with ourselves and the world.
Weekend Five “Body language and its importance within the breathing cycle”
While breathing in a connected way, psychological patterns emerge which express themselves through our bodies. Seemingly small topics suddenly get highlighted. Our day to day consciousness might be able to suppress all that is uncomfortable to us but our body does not participate in this game. We will learn how to interpret and recognize patterns on the physical level which play an important role when breathing in this connected fashion. The group situation is wonderfully equipped to serve us with numerous examples, while facilitating each other’s breathing process.
Weekend Six “Integrating inner experiences”
If we are authentic within our inner and outer worlds, every realization will be reflected truthfully in our outer activities. It does not make sense to be too attached to the regulations and rules of the outer world, nor to completely negate them. We need an adequate relationship between our inner and outer experiences. The spiritual experiences in relation to breathing in a connected way are dependent on our outer physical world as well as the more subtle realms of inner experiences. One invites the other to participate in this infinite dance of feminine and masculine polarities only to transcend them in rare moments of bliss through the wings of our breath.
The breath - a healing tool
Breathing is a tool for healing, stress reduction, and increasing awareness of one’s life. The breath can be used to release and heal the wounds of incomplete experiences. At the time of trauma, the first thing we do is to hold our breath or take short and shallow breaths. By releasing an incomplete experience from the body, we get the breath flowing again, and consciously start to become aware of what were the events that stopped or slowed our breath in the first place. Breathing exercises form the foundation of many ancient practices. They help to connect us to our essential selves; our source, one may say our own spirit and will power. A deep flowing breath is a good sign of health, balance, and fullness of one’s own spirit and life force. Short, weak or shallow breaths indicate stress, confusion and, generally speaking, health problems. Life is being held back. During inhalation, fresh oxygen and energy are brought into the body and organs, nourishing cells and tissues and the body's natural energy centers. With each exhalation, the body releases carbon dioxide, waste and toxins and all the accumulated stress, anxiety, and negative energy. Our body already automatically knows how to breathe. We just need to remove the tightness caused by withholding our breath so our natural ability can return.

What is "Body Memories" ?
Body Memories is a ‘hands on healing’ method of bodywork based on the body’s natural inclination and ability to heal itself. Body Memories sees the client, not the practitioner, as the true source of healing. Blocked energy can be released from the client by opening up the body's ability to heal itself.
Through a subtle form of touch, the Body Memory practitioner listens to the body and identifies areas of restriction and compression, creating an opportunity for release and completion. Our bodies are living libraries of past experiences that shape the way we move, think, feel and act.
This ‘hands on healing’ method of bodywork is based on the theory that the body stores information and incomplete or unprocessed experiences. These experiences can be worked through and dealt with, creating more movement in the physical as well as the emotional body. This explains the term “cellular memory” because our body stores our life experiences on a cellular level that can block our bodies ability to return back to its healthy state.
The quality of touch (a primary goal of the practitioners education and qualification) allows the client new possibilities of thought, feeling, movement and action. Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with a relaxing and healing hands on treatment. Our special techniques reverse the negative effects of stress, rejuvenate muscle tissue, and remove pain throughout our bodies. Body Memories uses a subtle and structural integration of hands on work that improve circulation, relieve tension, release cellular trauma and increase mental and emotional well being. This hands on healing method not only benefits the body but our whole being. Experience mental and spiritual healing as your mind releases stress and worries, allowing a renewed sense of energy and emotional well-being to enter your spirit.
